Mark brings over 20 years of experience in B2B payments and SaaS solutions to eTreem and the company’s Fintech cloud solution for the mid-market. As CEO, he is responsible for creating and implementing eTreem’s vision and mission and leading the execution of the organization’s strategy. Mark heads the executive committee to ensure the goals in each business area align with other departmental and organizational objectives.
Mark has had proven success in executive leadership in the Fintech sector. As Executive Vice President of ACOM Solutions, Mark oversaw the company’s SaaS cloud-platform for Automated Accounts Payable: ACOMPay™ and eventually its sale to American Express. As Vice President and General Manager at American Express, Mark was responsible for the success of the ACOMPay™ platform with the American Express Product Management, Technology, Sales and Marketing teams. Prior to ACOMPay™, Mark held General Manager positions in multiple ACOM business divisions, providing workflow process and payment software solutions and other business software products.
Prior to ACOM, Mark was co-owner of Formula One Systems, a startup B2B payment and document management software provider. The company and its technology IP were later acquired by ACOM.
Mark is a transformative and results-driven B2B tech leader known for an ability to drive short and long-term strategic goals across various spaces including go-to-market strategies, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and overall strategic planning.
Chief Product Officer, Founder
Kevin oversees each element of eTreems’s technology initiatives, their status, progress and the company’s technical resources. In his role Kevin is responsible for creating and implementing technology strategies, software product design and development and the associated budget for the company’s financial software business. Kevin enjoys a long history in Fintech roles, responsible in areas of software development, consultative services and operations management.
Prior to eTreem Kevin served as VP of Product Design and Development for ACOM Solutions, overseeing product management and development for the company’s ACOMPay™ SaaS payment automation business. As architect of ACOMPay™, he was closely involved during its sale to American Express and subsequently assumed a Vice President role at American Express to closely guide the platform transition.
Before joining ACOM, Kevin managed technology operations for Katz, Sapper and Miller, a leading CPA, consulting and tax advisory. Previous to KSM, Kevin worked in a management role at Leaf Software, responsible for ERP and CRM sales integration, implementation, and software customization for these applications.
